Kneppers Group Ltd was started in 2019, by Stijn Kneppers from the Netherlands and Diana Oyange from Kenya. Our company is based in Thika, Kenya. We are working in Kenya, but can also offer our services in the rest of East Africa and our online services worldwide. We are offering different Consultancy and Financial services.   • Small scale companies (English only) by outsourcing your bookkeeping to us via your online bookkeeping system (QuickBooks or Exact), to save time and costs ( accounts payable, bank reconciliation, or any other required parts of your bookkeeping)
  • NGO’s in Kenya and Tanzania by a full range of Financial services, from an assessment of their Financial administration, recommendations, assisting in implementing the improvements and giving training (bookkeeping, budgeting, management, etc.), monthly supervision and guidance up to outsourcing of the bookkeeping.
  • NGO donors for Kenya / Tanzania based projects: Comparable services as to NGOs, but focused to the donor needs and reporting to the donor. Or if you have budget to get more projects but no capacity to Monitor them, we can offer a full Monitoring and Evaluation of your projects to save time to visit and monitor them. 
  • Other trainings to NGO’s: in e.g. QuickBooks setup and application, excel application and implementation in your organization, (Activity based) budgeting, M&E (monitoring and evaluation of the services/activities done , and measurement of impact, success and cost price per beneficiary), General Management, APP use and implementation for assessments and impact measurement.
  • Hospitality industry Kenya (small & mid-scale hotels and restaurants): Full financial services as mentioned in NGO’s with addition of a full company scan of your different departments, mystery guests, and full recommendation where to improve and training in e.g. customer care, food production (increasing speed and improving quality), HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control points), service, F&B (Food & Beverage) cost control, cost price calculation, budgeting, yield management, General management, etc.
